For three years now I have been the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Foundation Year Network. The Foundation Year Network aims to represent, promote and support:
  • Good practice in foundation year provision
  • The academic and scholarly activities of foundation year practitioners
  • Continuing professional development opportunities for foundation year practitioners
  • Diversity of provision for entry into higher education

Over the last couple of years, I took the lead in setting up the Journal of the Foundation Year Network (JFYN), and I continue to serve as a member of the editorial team. JFYN is an online journal and the web site is displayed below.
